Large consultancies produce good analysis and then leave. Local advisors know their own jurisdiction well and rarely see the whole group. Companies expanding internationally end up managing four or five providers who have never spoken to each other, and absorbing the coordination cost themselves.

We were formed to sit in that gap. Small enough that the people who scope the work are the people who do it. Structured so that jurisdiction-specific expertise is brought in as needed, under one design and one point of accountability.

That shapes what we take on. We are not trying to be the largest advisory firm, and we decline work we cannot staff properly. It also shapes how we charge: fixed scope, written deliverables, and a defined ending rather than a relationship that quietly becomes permanent.

The firm is registered in Delaware for the same reason we often recommend it to clients — its corporate law is the most tested and predictable in the United States, and its courts are the reference point when commercial agreements are disputed. A jurisdiction should be chosen for how it behaves under stress.
